Triángulo: Palestina, Colombia

$28.00 CAD

Nestled in the Palestina area of Huila, Colombia, this coffee benefits from a unique microclimate that produces a cup with bright, pleasant acidity, a delicate body, and a well-balanced complexity distinctive to the region. This regional blend is sourced through members of the CADEFIHUILA Cooperative, a respected organization that plays an important role in supporting coffee quality, market access, and price stability for farmers throughout Huila.

The coffee cherries are traditionally washed, fermented for approximately 12 hours, and double-rinsed before being dried either under the sun or mechanically. This careful processing results in a clean, vibrant cup with a smooth finish, complemented by deeper notes of milk chocolate and panela, the traditional unrefined cane sugar enjoyed throughout Latin America.

Comforting and approachable, this coffee offers a delightful balance of sweetness, acidity, and richness, making it an excellent choice for everyday enjoyment.

Ethically Sourced

We work directly with producers we know and trust — most of whom we've partnered with for years. These long-term relationships help us source better coffee and support the people behind it in a real, lasting way.

Freshly Roasted Coffee

Every bag is roasted to order in small batches and sent straight from our roastery to your door. No shortcuts, no sitting on shelves — just fresh coffee, made with care.

Fairly Traded Always

Fair Trade has been part of our sourcing from the very beginning. It’s one way we make sure our coffee supports the communities who grow it, as much as the people who drink it.

Quality, Cup after Cup

We taste every coffee again and again — from first roast to final blend — to make sure it meets our standards. Whether it’s a new single origin or a longtime favorite, it doesn’t leave the roastery until it tastes just right.
